I forgot to report that Sophomore guard Nick Trull (Charlotte, NC) recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA last year (2008-09 school year) in the classroom. Not only does Nick get it done on the court but he also excels ACADEMICALLY. Great lesson the be learned. You can't play college athletics without taking care of your school work first! CONGRATS NICK!

AU Summer Basketball Camp

Enjoy the pictures of our June 22-25, 2009 Boys Basketball Camp. We had a great time with all the kids. We had 10 more kids this year compared to last and also doubled our number of teams at our Middle School Team Camp. This was only the second year for our Team Camp. All the kids had a great time at individual camp. Especially FM. He was the camp favorite. We had six of our current players helping all week. They did a great job teaching the kids the fundamentals during their stations and also were great role models for the kids. That is what it is all about. Big Dave did an excellent job of holding down our camp store. We are looking forward to our second week of individual camp at the end of July. We already have good numbers signed up with 3 weeks left. Get em' working BY! Ball Handling by KC. NT was the 2nd best shooter in the gym!Defense..Defense..Defense. Not sure TB should be teaching Lay-ups!

Jarret Johnson (Anderson University SC) vicious dunk on Coker 01/19/2009

Anderson University's 6'3 Guard Jarret Johnson dunks over 6'6 Center Mason Ambler from Coker during the Trojans 89 to 72 victory on Monday night. The boos you hear in the beginning are also for Ambler. The previous play he gave our PG a nasty cheap shot as he ran down the court to protect the basket. However, I am sure he did not think he was going to end up on Youtube and espn!!! This video will air this evening (1-20-09) on PTI and Sportscenter.

The Trojans have won five of their last six games and are riding a three game winning streak.
